Captain Care is very grateful for support from the ASPCA in our effort to reduce the population at the Carson Shelter, Los Angeles County, CA. This grant, awarded in March, 2018, specifically helps prevent owner surrenders of pets who need vet care. This is our FINAL grant from the ASPCA, so surrender prevention vet care will be difficult to continue without donations. Please donate a bit to help those in need!
